Osteria del Centro in Nuremberg

We ordered 4 pizzas from the Osteria due to the lockdown light, which were delivered to us. The service on the phone and the delivery time were great. The pizzas were still hot and tasted really great. We look forward to being able to test it out on site.

True italian pizza ! Don't conform with pale imitations

Visited this place on the basis of a recommendation, friends had stayed in a hotel directly across the street, so this place was the best choice. I can definitely pass this recommendation on. Great place, great service, prices are still reasonable in order not to be considered expensive. A great meal in terms of taste, and the ambience of the restaurant is also very great. Will definitely be back.

Finest authentic Italian restaurant and cuisine in town. The waiters and whole staff is Italians. Pizza is cooked in real open fire authentic brick owen and pasta parmesan is mixed in real parmesan half disc. Everything is made of real ingredients and served nicely. Considering that it is in the centre of city the prices are very reasonable. I recommend it and for the sake of experience it is a must visit restaurant in Nürnberg!

We relied on reviews and were not disappointed. We were in Nuremberg in October 2020 and spontaneously went to Osteria del Centro. The pizzeria is well located, near the main train station and the old town, we were there in five minutes from the National Museum. Lots of space, nicely decorated. The food: freshly prepared, fresh ingredients, skillfully presented. Courteous service. Wood stove !! A waiter kept pulling spaghetti through a parmesan body and arranging it on a plate. I would have liked to try. A wonderful evening.

The dessert is awesome, but the seafood pizza has no tomato sauce in the middle. Otherwise really good pizza.

Best truffle noodles I've ever eaten, absolute recommendation! Small point of criticism it is a bit noisy in the restaurant but that is compensated for by the ambience and the friendly staff

Outstanding Italian food. The pizza is perfect, I haven't eaten a real Italian pizza in Germany for a long time. Dessert a dream. Staff always very nice and courteous.

It was delicious and the service was very friendly! The ingredients were very fresh and you could taste that. I will gladly come again!

The food was very good, the pasta (homemade?) Was really nice "al dente". Certainly not the prettiest location, but they made the best of it.

Friendly and attentive staff, nice outside area which is very quiet despite the location on the street and tracks (around the corner). Unfortunately, we had to wait almost an hour and a half for our food, in return there was a bruschetta and a schnapps for everyone.

Very tasty food! We had pasta, pizza and dessert, everything was delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the pizza was very thin and freshly topped. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and attentive! We'll definitely be back here!

Very good Italian food, really excellent. No matter if starter, pizza, pasta or meat dishes ... everything is freshly prepared with love. And you can taste it! The service and the ambience complete everything. Highly Recommended! A must for the next visit to Nuremberg!

Good food, service was very busy with a large group inside, so things did not go well with the order. The staff did their very best to fix everything.

Great food! Fantastic fish soup and a really nice 4 cheeses pizza, which can be had with or without tomato sauce. Friendly staff and good beers as well.

The Osteria is highly recommended. The food is fresh and prepared with love. Outdoor seating available. Despite being in the city center, it is very quiet. The staff is attentive, quick and friendly. A prior table reservation is recommended. I will definitely come back. Thanks for the nice evening.

Every year for 8 years I come to Nuremberg for our trade show. It would not be the same without having at least one dinner here with friends! For is excellent and service is great... I will be booking this Wednesday for four!

Nice Italian restaurant 2 mins from HBF

Delicious Italian taste. Service are good,nice and cosy atmosphere .

Authentic. This is one of those places, where you just know that the food is going to be amazing from the ambience right down to the large family originally from Naples sitting at the table next to us. They ate with so much enjoyment that we followed right along and enjoyed every moment. Looking forward to visiting again during our next trip to Nürnberg 😊

By far the best pizza I've ever eaten outside of Italy. I'm sorry to say, but all people complaining about the dough either caught the Chef on a really bad day or don't know anything about a real neapolitan Pizza. 100% recommended! Still amazed to have found this restaurant in Germany.

Just 2 minutes' walk from the main station you'll find this gem in a somewhat nondescript building. Pizza from the stone oven is great, service friendly, and authentically Italian. Free WiFi access on request

Waited over an hour for my food to be made wrong. Very disappointing and very hungry

The BEST pizza of my life - and that may mean something in the many (service) trips. The atmosphere is fine too. Why only 3 stars? Because I appreciate honesty: when guests come to me and after ordering me get their pizza in front of me, I politely ask if you forgot mine should or could be honest. The waiter went to the pizza maker, then came my next. No guess, fact - I was sitting right next door. The next deduction is because I like to remember THREE time to pay my wish to pay.

Great Italian food, excellent service and a nicely shaded patio area. It all adds up to a wonderful meal and a relaxing atmosphere.

This restaurant was very cute and the staff was amazing!my husband and I are here on business. We are from California and don't know the local language. Nice and authentic Italian restaurant. I was expecting the restaurant to be managed by local peaple. The waiters, food, drink and everything is authentic and coming from Italy.

Good food and service

Here are some key points to the kiln baked pizza, we had a little, but each table to see almost all points of the pizza, decided to add a back, really did not let us down. Here's pizza crust is very fragrant, very crisp roast them chewy ,, very tasty. We ordered the classic Magelite (Margarita) taste, rich cheese and tomato sauce I moderate acidity and spices, really recommend. I ordered a pasta of shrimp, and it feels like there are two different kinds of shrimps. The taste is very delicious. It is accompanied by some soft cucumbers, and a rich sauce, flavored noodles. cooked just right, not too soft to eat al dente. Personally quite like. Friend ordered filet mignon, very good taste, garnish next, like a potato is also very tasty tasty, but no amount is, for the girls are pretty in terms of just the right. Here chicken lettuce salad (turkey salad) is also good, large pieces of turkey meat, taste good, a lot of salads and shop the following piece of cheese, delicious! Someone at the next table ordered a cheese spaghetti. The waiter pushed a cart next to it and placed a large piece of cheese on it. The waiter used a planer to plan some cheese and poured it into the car. Stir fry, then pour it onto the plate and it looks delicious. You must try it next time. Every pair of points we did not step on the mine. Recommended. The environment here is not bad, but if the distance between the table and the table can be a little bigger, it is better to have a meal. Still, I gave it 5 stars. This restaurant is conveniently located next to Nuremberg Hbf in Nuremberg Central Station.
